For developers & general contractors

The deck the hotel operators already signed off.

Class 3 slip, Euroclass Bfl-s1, a Tecnalia-verified EPD for LEED and BREEAM, and a 25-year manufacturer warranty with a written claim path — for amenity decks, rooftops and multi-unit terraces.

Import-to-order from Valencia. Phased delivery available — tell us the programme and we will build the schedule into the quote.

Why it costs more

Because the risk sits with you for twenty-five years, not two.

On a shared amenity deck the expensive events are slip claims, fire compliance and a surface that has to be replaced before the building is ten. Tarimatec is a PVC-mineral composite — rice husk and limestone in PVC, no wood flour — so there is no organic fibre to swell, rot or feed mould, and water uptake is under 0.6 % at 24 hours (EN 317).

The slip class is 3 under UNE-ENV 12633, which is what lets it go around a pool. Reaction to fire is Euroclass Bfl-s1 (EN 13501-1) and the roof classification is Broof(t1). The Tecnalia-verified EPD (S-P-07588) is a declared, third-party document you can hand to a sustainability consultant, and 33 % recovered composite is re-used in production, per that EPD.

The warranty is Tarimatec's 25-year manufacturer warranty, administered in Canada by Zinodeck. It covers the board and excludes weight overload — we put the claim path in writing with the quote so your facilities team knows who to call and what evidence is needed.

What you get

Everything a multi-unit or commercial package needs.

Volume and phased quoting

Units, area per unit, phasing and spec stage go into the quote, so the boards land when the building is ready for them rather than sitting in a compound.

The technical pack

Datasheets, the installation manual, warranty terms, the EPD and the VOC report — the documents a consultant asks for before they will let you write the material into a spec.

Environmental credits

A declared EPD counts toward LEED and BREEAM material credits, ISO 14001 covers the plant, and the Oeko-Tex VOC pass answers the indoor-adjacent question on balconies and podiums.

A written claim path

Who to contact, what evidence is needed and what is excluded — supplied with the quote, so the warranty is a process rather than a promise.

One supplier for the whole assembly

Boards, aluminium sub-frame, stainless clips, fascia and trims from the same manufacturer — no mixed-fixing argument when something needs a claim.

Honest about the gaps

What we cannot yet show you.

There are no completed Canadian reference projects to visit yet — Zinodeck is early in this market and we will not dress up European work as local experience. The published test data is European-standard; CAN/ULC and CCMC information is available on request for a specific project. Cladding and the AXEL louvre are not available in Canada at all. If any of that is a condition of your approval, tell us before you spend time on a submittal.

Have a programme to price?

Send the unit count, the area per unit and the phasing. We come back with a scoped system quote in CAD and the lead time in writing.

FAQ

What approvals teams ask.

Is there Canadian code data?

The published fire, slip and structural data is European — EN 13501-1, UNE-ENV 12633, EN 317. CAN/ULC and CCMC information can be requested for a specific project. We would rather say that plainly than let it surface during a submittal review.

Does the EPD count toward LEED?

It is a Tecnalia-verified, third-party EPD registered as S-P-07588, which is the document type LEED and BREEAM material credits are written around. Your consultant confirms the credit; we supply the declaration.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Tarimatec's 25-year manufacturer warranty on the board, administered in Canada by Zinodeck. It excludes weight overload, and it assumes the board was installed to the manual — joist spacing, expansion gaps and original fixings.

Can you hold stock for a phased build?

Boards are import-to-order from Plásticos Viters in Valencia — we do not hold warehouse stock. Give us the programme and we schedule the shipments against it, typically 8–12 weeks per release.

Who installs it on a large site?

Your trade contractor, working to the Tarimatec manual, with training and a pre-start review from us. Where you have no preferred contractor, we introduce a trained installer in your region.
