Ethnic composite decking
Ethnic is the most textured collection. The Surco finish pairs a wide groove with a brushed surface, and the colours are laid on in more than one tone, so each board reads like weathered or reclaimed timber rather than a flat extrusion.
It is the collection most often specified around water - pool edges, spas, boardwalks - where a deck that already looks lived-in is an advantage.

Why do Ethnic boards look different from each other?
They are meant to. Ethnic colours are laid on in more than one tone over the grooved-and-brushed Surco surface, so each length varies. Mix boards from several packs across the deck rather than laying them in the order they arrive.
Is Ethnic good around a pool?
It is the collection most often specified there. Slip resistance is Class 3 / R11 (UNE-ENV 12633) across the range, and the deeper Surco groove sheds water. Choose a light colour — Blanco Ivory or Lino — if the area is unshaded, because dark boards absorb more solar heat.
Is Ethnic available on the solid board?
No. Ethnic is offered on the hollow 150 x 27 mm board only (180 and 200 mm on special order).
What is the lead time?
Boards are import-to-order: allow 8 to 12 weeks from confirmed order. Paid samples ship in 5 to 10 business days from Vaughan.
