How a concierge request actually runs.
1 · We read it properly
A person in Vaughan reads your request — city, project type and whether a contractor is already appointed — and replies within one business day.
2 · Installer or direct quote
If you have a contractor, we quote the material as a system and brief them on the fixing method. If you do not, we introduce a trained installer in your region — and say so honestly if we do not have one yet.
3 · Colour before commitment
We always suggest a sample before an order. Boards are import-to-order at 8–12 weeks, so colour is not a decision you want to make from a screen.

Can I just buy the boards and lay them myself?
We do not sell full decks as a DIY kit. The board is fixed on an aluminium sub-frame with concealed clips to a spacing and expansion schedule, and getting that wrong is what puts a warranty claim at risk. Samples you can absolutely buy today.
Why does it cost more than the composite at the big-box store?
It is a different material — PVC with rice husk and limestone rather than wood flour and plastic — imported from Spain and quoted as a complete system with an aluminium frame. It sits in the premium-PVC band. Use the calculator for a ballpark before you talk to anyone.
Do you have an installer in my city?
Sometimes. The trained-installer network is still being built across Canada, so we will tell you plainly whether we have someone near you or whether we will be working with your own contractor.
